To my fellow Irish-Americans, what are you cooking today? Besides the green beer, Guinness, Baileys and Jameson; I have made Irish Soda Bread, Beer Bread and Corned Beef and Cabbage (in the slow-cooker---mmmm my house smells delicious! I was just curious of other traditional foods? Be Safe!

I think I’ll be wearing green, having a green dinner with green jello, green koolaid, green mashed potatoes, green meatballs on green pasta! I still have to find some green Hostess Snowballs, those are the best way to celebrate St. Patrick’s day that I know of.

I make sure that I'm wearing green and we do have corned beef and cabbage. I make it on the stove, however, I have done the crock pot thing as well. Actually, I just realized that I am wearing orange and green. Does that mean I'd be shot in northern Ireland?

I cook mostly the same thing. I try to cook almost everything that i can think of thats green. I remember oone year I made a green cake(because of the green dye). And i always go to the St.patrick's day parade.

Since today is my birthday, I really don't do nothing but sit and relax. and going to my sons house for dinner. To me its just another day that I'm getting older.
