I had no choice for I was always very ill throughout my entire pregnancies.Day n night, I couldn't hold down the vitamin.Unfortunately I lost a lot of hair from it but it all came back almost 6 months after each birth. If u can take vitamins make sure u do.It is soooo important 4 u n baby to have the proper nutrition.Your baby gets everything from u n needs u to either eat lots or take vitamins for baby to grow properly.Even if u eat it's not healthy for u to over eat so it's just better taking vitamins.Bye 4 now and congrats.

With my first pregnancy I had severe morning sickness, so I did not take my vitamin. My doctor suggested "Flinstones" when I could stomach them. My daughter did turn out okay, but I was very nervous the whole time...Flintstones "complete" do have a lot of vital ingredients, just are easier to stomach than the horse pills the doctor will give you. I do suggest you try to take some sort of supplement with folic acid if you are pregnant.

i didnt take prenatal vitamins. i hate pills and those are huge ! i tried them but once i choked on one i was done. my son is 5 months now and hes a beautiful strong active baby. i think its a good idea to take the pills but every child grows different. during my pregnancy i had low amniotic fluid and i think if i would of drank more water and took the pills i wouldnt have had that issue. but i think its all about how you treat your baby when he/she is finally here but you should also eat and stay healthy during the pregnancy.

I didn't because I was sick to my stomach and vomitting too much. I tried to but just couldn't handle it...

My two children are now 5 1/2 and 3 and healthy as can be!! :-) Of course see what your doctor says about it and make sure you are eating as well as you can!

I HONESTLY TRIED TAKING THEM, HOWEVER THEY MADE ME SO SICK AND I USUALLY ENDED UP IN THE BATHROOM GETTING RID OF THEM, IF I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET THEM DOWN IN THE FIRST PLACE.
