Nope, but I've been to a wedding and a funeral with the pipes playing and wow - those suckers are LOUD when up close and personal.

That I have, once or twice--my friend Marjie plays them and she let me have a try--'twas like wrestling an octopus at first, then there was the synchronizing the breathing and fingering the chanter, and squeezing the bag, and having the drones over my shoulder, and then we got along grand---I played a bit of The Keel Row and a bit of The Rakes o'Mallow and then she said, you'd better stick to your kazoo, lad, and that was the end of it.

No, But I love the music.I have a CD with "The Pipes and Drums and Military Band of the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards. My favorite on it is Amazing Grace.
