I've been working from 8-5 for many years and I never was a morning person so I never liked waking up early. I have always wanted to work in the evenings and sleep in during the morning hours. My ideal work schedule would be 3pm-11pm.
Which are the best paying jobs in which I could work those type of hours? My existing job would not allow me that flexibility so I'd have to change jobs.

Waitress or call center

call centres - especially survey interviews.
I did that for 18 months - working from 4 to 10 most nights - the pay is not great, but the hours are what you want.
I finally found a 9 to 5 job which suits me perfectly.

A call center might be... there are opportunities to go into supervision, management, and training.

well the hospital, factory, etc.. have openings
you forgot to say what you do as a job now and stuff
