I would suggest adding your experiences with kids, and your rates. I like the way you said "respoinsible" to let people know that they will be comfortable leaving their kids with you.
Its nice to let other people offer how much they want to pay you, but I am pretty sure you should make up your own rates.
My Rates
1-2 kids ~ $5.00/hour
Each additional child ~ $1.25/hour
*When you are babysitting a baby under 10 months old, you should ask to be paid a bit more than your regular charge, since you must give more attention, change the baby, feed the baby, and put the baby to bed.

List any previous experience and as others have said, at your young age you will want to start with people literally who know you or on your street and start small, maybe 2 hours at a time until they build up trust.
Also work with older kids at your age, say 6 year olds or above.
Then when you are 16 you will have 3 years of experience and can charge a lot more for your experience. But people will be wary at your age to give you very young kids or if they don't know you, so start local.

To be honest, you have a lot going against you if you are thirteen. People don't like teens that aren't responsible watching their offspring. I'd set a price (negotiation won't work; you'll get jipped off) and that will be a start. it would also be good if you listed some child care credentials. Help out with little kids at school? Let your prospective customers know!
Otherwise, it sounds pretty good.

I think you should advertise your services with your prices. But if you aren't that concerned about how much you get paid, list your price and then say "but will negotiate". This isn't so much to make sure you get paid a proper amount, but it is much more professional sounding. Frankly, I wouldn't respond to such an open ended price. I'd like to see a ballpark and then know we can work something out within reason of the original price.

aat your age, think it should be a work of mouth thing that
you,re available for babysitting -- do a little door knocking
etc. then you can work out fees face to face.
I would be concerned about putting an age and contact
point out for public view. There are folks skulking around
that think 13-yr old girls do more than baby sit --BE CAREFUL
