You can do this with the sound recorder
that comes with Windows.
right click on desktop.
selcect "new "
select "wav" from drop down menu.
Right click on the "new Wave" icon.
You can record your own voice on
this recorder and then save to a
file.
Check the program's tabs. There is
a mix function that lets you mix two
files together.
For more options: download ( audacity.com )
It's totally free, but comes with no
instructions.

Sony Acid Pro along with Traktor DJ Studio 3. Both have free trials which you can download and then crack oops I mean purchase.

If you just want to add samples to your vocals and make a trance / dance track you could use the ejay programs - ejay dance 6 is excellent and very cheap - I;ve made a few good tracks with it, one featuring my own vocals which you can add effect to if you want.

you may attempt to apply voice recorder. besides the shown fact that, as the thank you to rfile some thing is registered on your mic. Unfortuantely, the recording from the audio device to the mic will very virtually consistently be of very undesirable passable.
