I have not found a soap scum remover that actually works. But if your shower will not be damaged, steel wool works great for soap scum. You don't even have to scrub that much.

If it is a ceramic tile floor, I have had good luck with the Mr. Clean Eraser. It works on a number of surfaces very well.

Kaboom is good but I also love the Scrubbing Bubbles unit. You've probably seen the commercials for it - made a big difference in my tiles.

I have used 409 shower cleaner, let me tell you the fumes are bad so you gotta leave the room but it worked wonders on the stains and mildew!!

you might try bleche white tire cleaner. spray it on the wet floor, let it set a few minutes, scrub with a stiff nylon bristle brush, & rinse. i think this may work for you !
