Actually she left because of rumors that her and Larry were sleeping together, she cant represent him in the Bahamas anyway....

I was thinking that Larry has acted like a gentleman during this whole mess, but now I am wondering what is the matter will him. His ex lawyer said on Larry King that he was letting Howard's two lawyers and Howard Stern,who is a lawyer tell him that HE does not need a lawyer. It makes me wonder if there is something about this case that has not come out yet.

i really think larry is the father the baby looks very much like him and not at all like howard k stern or any of the other supposed fathers.maybe he has already worked out a deal with howard or maybe he knows something that hasnt been released yet,time will tell.

Oh I think there is a BIG chance he is the father. It has been said that Debbie (Larry's X- attorney) didn't like the fact that he was friendly with Howard Stern. Oh well !!! All will still go on!!

I don't get why one of them is refusing the test, ok even if he is? Let's test the other one and get it over with! It's not like it takes forever.. haven't you guys ever seen Maury Povich, DNA tests results come back within 48 hours! SO what's the hold up? Haha. Now THERE'D be a Maury episode to remember..

i think Larry is the father.him and Howard both know Larry's the father. look at Dannylynn she looks just like Larry Birkhead.

Yeah she quit, but the news said that she said she still believes he is the father, as do I. The baby looks just like him, she looks nothing like Howard.

I think he's the father. Birkhead actually looks like Dannylynn...and why else would that other guy (forget his name, lol) refuse to take a dna test? He must have some doubt.
