I had the marina coil put in the middle of january this yr and last friday my husband complained he could feel something wierd in there so I go to check it out and the strings have moved way down. Went to gyno on tuesday he checked them and confermed what I already knew that it had moved and did an ultra sound and indead my body was rejecting it for some reason he barely pulled on the strings and it came out.I had had another ultra sound done a week before for overian cyst and the marina was in the right position. My question has anyone else had this happen were there body rejected it so soon?

I have not experienced this. But I have heard many complaints about them (which is why I never did it). I have heard of a friend that had a cyst as you describe and also knew two others who actually became pregnant. In that case the first lady's came out without her knowledge and the second lady's situation it just wasn't planted properly to serve its purpose. I have also heard of bad infections with those. So I guess it's good that now at least you know it isn't right for you than to have surprises later on. Maybe try the patch or get the depo shot so that you don't have to deal with it all the time. I have heard that depo is great because it makes your periods really light and sometimes even stops them and you only have to do it every three months.
