Similarities: Humans contain a pharynx, esophagus and intestine.

Differences: The human stomach is a single organ where as the earthworm's is divided into a crop and gizzard. Humans have teeth and earthworms do not. The human intestine is divided into 2 main parts small and large, while the earthworm's is a single straight tube.

Humans and earthworms both have complete digestive systems. People and earthworms both have a mouth, a pharynx, esophagus, intestines and an anus. Not all worms have complete digestive systems...I hope your questions is about annelids.
