The only real way to find out if you're pregnant is to take a test. There are so many symptoms that alone, you can have and not be pregnant. Don't be worried, just relax, buy a test (and if it embarrasses you, buy several other things with it and check out in the self check out lane- be sure to buy a pack of two though, just in case.) and the test will hopefully be able to tell you. The sure way is to visit your doctor. If you can't do this, there are clinics that help younger women, espeically if you weren't ready for this. They are usually free and very private. There are a few in my area so I would assume that they are avaible where you are.
best of luck.

Early pregnancy symtoms vary in different people. The most common signs are breast tenderness, tiredness and nausea, if you think you are pregnant just do a test to put your mind at ease, most tests can be done early on and there is a new one that can detect if you are 3 days before your period is due, good luck

Go with the little blue beta-HCG sign on the pregnancy test.
I don't know if you are pregnant or not.
There are many other signs of pregnancy
o Missing your period
o Sensation of bloating
o Sensation of breast fullness
o Sore nipples
o Fatigue
o Headaches
o Backaches
o Frequency of Urination
These may all be signs of other things. So the pregnancy test is most reliable.

The first sign of pregnancy is a missed period. Other signs are frequent urination, fatigue, nausea, and sleeping a whole lot. There are others to name- but these are some of the ones that I've listed.
