I don't know why but I do know you can stop. As you're going through your day, be grateful and positive. If someone opens the door for you, bags your groceries, if the sun is shining, if you hear the birds, see a chipmunk, find something you need on sale, be happy about it.
If you tune into your thoughts right now, they're probably negative and hateful. You have the power to turn them around. Everytime you think of a negative, make it a positive.
Living full of hate is a miserable way to live. Fortunately, there is so much good in the world all you have to do is look and you'll see it.

Maybe it's related to fear. If you don't know a lot about something, you might fear it and therefore hate it. Fear isn't just a direct reaction, like screaming at a horror movie. It can also be a hidden fear, such as 'turning gay' or 'becoming fat' that can lead to people lashing out at people who are gay, fat, etc.
Fear can lead to hate, so research can cure fear! ^_^

realize what you hate you can do nothing about it...but you can stop the hate...by realizing...we are all here....we are all different...and what someone else does, looks like, eats, drinks...is nothing to do with us...just tell your self...let it go....your life is what you make it...just depends on what you wanna do with it.
