Whether your legs are up or down, keeping them in one position causes lack of circulation, especially if your legs are pressed against the hard edge of the table.
Change positions frequently, get up and walk occasionally. If you still have these symptoms, see your doctor.

If this happens alot you can get a test done to see if your blood is flowing threw your legs . And that there are no blood clots .
Anytime you sit for 2 or more hours , you should get up and walk around and keep them circulating . You can get blood clots , that was just on GMA the other morning .
Sitting for long periods of time is no good .

There are hundreds on blood vessels in your leg. When you cut off circulation to your leg, not enough blood gets to it and it goes asleep. You may just be cutting off the circulation just enough that it tingles. It's normal anyways.
