she has a dark pink sore on her eye that kind of looks like a tumor and it keeps growing? any idea what this could be?

She could have a sty but the best thing is to PLEASE bring her to the vet.

It could be a lot of things... If you use pine bedding, a sliver could have gotten in it... Or it could be an infection... You really need to take your little piggie to the fluffy pet doctor... Many vets will treat tiny animals virtually for free since they are seen as "disposable pets".... Not very expensive, so people frequently "let them go" and buy a new one... Anyway, you need a vet to actually see the piggie to know what it is...

It's probably a tumor You should take it to the vet befor it gets any bigger or it may go blind. The vet will have to take it off!
