Any of the State sites are beautiful and most very well maintained. I love Crystal Lake in Sayner and Butternut Lake or Luna White Deer near Eagle River!

Camping - State forest campgrounds are located at Plum Lake, Crystal Lake, Razorback Lake, Starrett Lake, and two facilities on Star Lake. Several of these campgrounds include public swimming beaches and picnic areas, as well as public boat landings. Contact the chamber for a camper's paradise brochure. Visit the Wisconsin DNR web site: www.dnr.state.wi.us/org/land/parks/reservation.
