So those are the basics, but I'm not getting responses... unreasonable?

Mind you, my current condo with is a 2 bedroom in the suburbs is currently being rented for $510

Dont make the mistake of charging rent by what it costs you. First figure out what comparable rooms rent for and then add or subtract from that depending on the amenities. If the figure fits into your budget, then go.

Your ad is confusing if it's meant for a roomate. Are you leasing the house or are you trying to get a roomate? If you're trying to get a roomate, then you need to address if you're splitting any of the bills and such. It seems too expensive to expect someone to just room with you, seeing as it would be your house and they'd have to share it with you--most people don't want to share a house with a stranger unless there's a separate access and they can stay on one level while the other's on another, etc.

I think $250 would be fair, assuming two roommates each with their own private bedroom. Also be sure they each pay their share of the bills.

If you are not getting responses keep lowering the price until you do.
