how could anyone answer hat quetion??? I have been moved by very young children who are incredibly happy dispite terrible deseases. So I guess the happiest person on earth is one who oblivious to all the problems and cruelties of the world, a new born babe in the arms of his Mother

Mattheu Ricard, a French bio-chemist turned Buddhist Monk. He participated in a study by Professor Richard Davidson where they took fMRI scans of monks while they meditated. Mattheu was off the charts (statistically speaking) as his brain regions associated with happiness and positive emotions were record shattering. To the modern and scientific world, he is the happiest person alive. He wrote a book on happiness called "Happiness: A Guide to Lifes Most Important Skill"

Any person that truly knows the love of Jesus. He is truly awesome! If you want that kind of happines, try reading The New Testament. Don't give up too quick. It would help if you prayed before and during your readings. There is no proper way to pray. Just pray as you are talking to your friend.
