I have v3.11 software on my psp (Im an amature) how can u downgrade to v 1.5 from 3.11. Thanks!

The person above is right. There is no downgrader available for 3.11.
Not only that, even if there are one, it maybe too dangerous for you to try downgrading since if you make a mistake, your PSP will become totally unusable.
I suggest that you may want to sell your 3.11 and get one already downgrade to 1.5 from Ebay. Actually, you should get a PSP has custom firmware 3.03 OE-c or 3.10 OE-a on it. The custom firmware allows you to play homebrew and latest games without doing a lot setup.

There isn't a downgrader for 3.11 right now. You will just have to wait for one.

I would sell it and buy a new one if it's not at all used.
