Please interpret what my question means to you.
i.e.
QUESTION: What does it mean if tingling or burning sensation occurs while using relaxer?
TRANSLATION: If your hair feels like it's burning wash out immediately before it falls out!

Pretty much exactly what it says.

The defendant (that person) agrees to pay (give to the other person) the specifed amount ($100) each week (every seven days), with the first payment on that date (2/2/07).

It sounds like a standard settlement agreement. This could be for anything from a small claims case to a contract dispute to a royalty to a child support or spousal support agreement.

The phrase does not include any maximum amount that will be paid, but that may be in some other part of the settlement, or contract agreement.

I would venture a guess that the defendant agrees to start paying $100 every week starting on Feb 2, 2007. Bald or not.

On Feb 2, 2007, the defendant was supposed to pay $100. Every week after that, he/she pays another $100.

to me it looks like a child support or indemnization agreement
