Hello Stevie,
Get on the train at Argyle street and get train to Finnieston 10mins of less. Just two or three stops later. Go out of train station and cross footbridge over motorway next to it and at the end of bridge is SECC. Easy dude!
Take care and enjoy yourself

Get the low level train west-bound from Argyle St or Central station to the SECC station (about 5 mins, 2 stops) and get to the SECC via the covered-over walkway.
There is no Underground stop at the SECC.
Not sure about what bus routes go by the SECC.
As for getting back, get a bus (as the trains stop about 11pm) or taxi if you are lucky.
Walk if you feel like it but its not a great part of town to wander about in after dark. Its about a 20 min walk along the riverside towards the Kingston Bridge then when you hit the next road bridge do a left up Hope Street then you are back at Central station.

Hello,
The easiest way is to take the train from Glasgow Central platform 15 to Exhibition Centre. It's two stops. Then you just walk though the overhead foot tunnel. For getting away at 2am call a cab or there are normally loads queued up there anyway.

yuo have the answer on how to get there, it has been some time since i have been way in glasgow but where the train station is there is a street Called Finnieston street outside McDonalds is a bus stop and the number 64 bus goes past there. www.firstgroup.com you may get a bus there. check the website you may get a late bus. failing that continue to walk up to the poice station on arglye street the number 61 goes past there more chance of a late bus, again check the website. but after that you have not much longer to walk to the city centre west end where you can get into the late night clubs.

Take the Underground.
Cheap - Quick - Easy.
For getting back after Midnight, you'd have to get a bus (or Taxi).
