I have visited my grandma lately, but I haven't carried her fruit. What does that mean, anyway?

My good grandma is in Heaven.
My other grandma is a washed up old drunk slut that abandoned my daddy and his brother with their grandparents so she could chase around losers and now blames my dad every chance she gets for ruining her life because she got pregnant with him as a teenager. She is undeserving of my time or my fruit.

I never met any of my grand parents they all died before I was born in the 50's
