I hate birth control because I feel like it makes me moody and makes it hard for me to lose pregnancy weight, however this baby may be my last baby. I am only 26 so I do not want to do any drastic measures like getting my tubes tide or anything.

Talk to your Dr about Mirena IUD. I have and love it. No more PMS or heavy painful periods.

I currently take Ortho Tri Cyclo - Lo, which has seemed to work well for me. I've taken many others, but this has been the best because it offers low doses all month long- but yes, you do have to remember to take it.

I would not recommend getting the shot. I don't even know if they still offer it, but I started on that after my son was born and it was horrible!! Talk about weight gain.

I've had some really good results with Ortho-Evra (the patch). I change it on Sundays and it truly stays put.

It is on the higher level of insurance co-pays but I don't mind. I'm not running around thinking, "Did I take my pill today?" I know its on and stays on.
