When I'm thinking about dunkers, tricks in dunk contests don't mean that much to me, you have to do it in games (over people not named Shawn Bradley) to get my interest.
In no particular order, my list would be:
Julius Erving - made the dunk cool.
Dominique Wilkins - the nickname said it all.
Michael Jordan - vivid memories of him going baseline and dunking on Ewing.
Shawn Kemp (Seattle version)
Vince Carter - think 2000 Olympics
Kobe Bryant
LeBron James - ask Tim Duncan about LBJ
Amare - doesn't seem to have lost a thing.
Shaquille O'Neal - this wouldn't be a popular pick I know, but no-one throws it down with power like Shaq.
T-Mac (Toronto and Orlando version).
If he gets more burn, Gerald Green could end up cracking this list in the future.

Vince Carter nobody else is even close... and definiely not spudd webb he's just good for his size but there are a lot of better dunkers
