im not a mum
& glad im not because i no how much my mum worrys about me even if i go into to town with my best friends!
Im 15 & think my mothers a control freak
but shes not she just cares!

Of course we're happy that our children are healthy and happy but the point of Mother's Day is to show mothers how much they are appreciated and how much they mean to you.
It's become pretty commercialised now though. I'd still rather have the card my 4yr old son made at school and gave me on Friday than any shop bought one. That to me counts as card and present and the fact he made it makes me feel appreciated enough that he wanted to.
Course I still want him to help his dad bring me breakfast in bed Sunday morning after a nice lie-in, give me some time off the chores, buy me some flowers, cook me a nice dinner, give me lots of cuddles and tell me I'm the best mum in the world etc.....lol! Wishful thinking eh?!
