Im graduating 8th grade. AND I CANT FIND A CUTE CHEAP DRESS! Can someone help? Please give me some stores that are world wide so i know what your talking about if u live across the world. But im not spending like $90 on a dress something around 60 and under.

ah, try Jcpenny or belk dont do walmart someone might have the same dress as you. and if not those stores go to a plaza and go to and urban store and find a dress

macy's always have cheap dresses on sale, thats where i got mine and it only got around 80$ on sale.
