Not really. 80-90 is better. I just got hit with 5 inches of snow and ice. I wish I could go to the beach.

if its not windy i've been swiming in early march 3'+ waves on a lake its crazy and you get used to the freezing cold of being almost naked and wet in about 50-60 degrees while its raining

As long as it's sunny & not windy it should be fine, but it'll definitely be too cold to swim.
