Where is Raikou located in FireRed after you defeat the Elite 4?

I need to know because I want my first Legendary Dog(I'm only 11 years old also)!

I'm very sorry if i dissapoint you, but you CANNOT get the 3 dogs/cats or whatever they are. You only get the one that beats up your Kanto starter. In example, if you chose Bulbasaur, your wild beast will be: Entei. If you chose Charmander, your wild beast will be: Suicune. If you chose Squirtle, your wild beast will be: Raikou. That's very sad that you can't "catch 'em all", but if you or your friends have a Gamecube & Pokemon Colosseum, then you can get the Johto beast trio. Ok, I hope this helps ya, dude!
