Near the end of my pregnancy, I was rarely hungry. Like you, I made myself eat so my baby had nourishment, but that was the only reason I'd eat. My doctor said as long as I was eating healthy foods when I did eat, he didn't see it causing my baby any problems. I didn't have nausea, but that's normal throughout any pregnancy; some women have it all the time, some get it part of the time, and some are lucky enough to not get it.
If you're still worried about it, talk to your doctor at your next visit.

if this is a new thing i would bring it up at your next appt, but chances are you feel full because it is so crowded in you. I have gone through spurts of feeling not very hungry and then i would wake up one day and be starving, as long as you eat somewhat and take your vitamins you should be fine. The vomiting is probably from your intestines being so smushed up too. Sickness can come back at the end of pregnancy. Hopefully you will start to feel better, most likely it will be when the baby drops.

The same thing is happening with my pregnant sister. She is usually never hungry but she eats anyway because she knows she has too. It's compleatly normal and there is nothing to worry about. If your very curious you should just go and talk to your doctor about it. I am sure he/she can give you a better explination.

I lost weight for 2 of my three children and both were healthy. I was vomiting the whole way through and did not have an appetite at all. I would suggest speaking with a midwife or even a dietician if you are concerned.

I was the same way when I was pregnant, and I talked to a pregnant friend about it and she told me she was the same way too. But vomiting at night isn't unusual, you can get morning sickness anytime of the day or night.

Have you spoken to your doctor about it? I'm thinking you may need your thyroid tested. It's good that you're still eating properly, but, make sure you take your prenatal vitamins as well ... they contain essential folic acid, which is proven to aid in the prevention of Spina Bifida.
Another way to ensure you are getting all the nutrients needed to sustain a healthy pregnancy, is to drink a vitamin enriched drink one to three times a day. "Ensure" is a good one, as it tastes better than the others. Congrats on your pregnancy!! :)

A friend of mine was always hungry but kept vomiting all throughout her pregnancy. I didn't vomit at all, but still had an appetite.

i would say call the doctor and see whats up, your best bet would be to go in and let them do an exam. it could be one of many things, but getting an expert to look at you would be the best. you cant fool around when theres a little one involved! hope it all works out! congrats!!!
