Even though my father would swear on Bugs Bunny, and any of the looney tunes, I would have to go with Tom and Jerry then Pink Panter, and then maybe bugs bunny

Tom and Jerry have stood the test of time without change
Whereas, the Pink Panther has been given a voice(which he never had originally)
And Bugs Bunny has been updated beyond recognition as "Loonatics Unleashed" on Toonami

well if i could go to CD Warehouse right now
and get a collection of one, it would be
The Pink Panther. Very funny, and very
unique because none of the characters
say anything, or almost nothing. Good
music, too, which is yet another demise
of good cartoons, as modern TV cartoons
have no really good music(e.g. here,
Mancini).
