when i owned my own cleaning company we used the dumpster they had.

You should be able to use the office dumpster. If they require you to take the trash with you, charge them an additional fee for hauling trash. They sound like a cheap company and are trying to take advantage of you if they are making you take the trash with you, lose them ASAP if you can afford to.

depending on the contract with the company. If the cleaning is done by an outside contractor than an employee of the company, they have to take the trach with them. If the company has a housekeeper, they take it to the dumpster and a lot of times, the building ower has contract with the dumpster companies.

Normally just use your clients dumpster.
