Many possibilities -

1. Correct printer driver is not installed - reinstall the printer driver.

2. You are printing on A4 paper but on printer properties its selected as Letter (windows default) - From Start - Settings - Printer & Fax - Right click on the printer driver - select properties.

3. Your word program is corrupted. - reinstall it.

Well first there is only a few possibilities of fixing this problem. First is to figure out if your pages are setup to proper size. This would be done by check the page properties in word, but I don't think this is the true problem I do however believe on of two possibilities is the cause.
One being that the printer properties are set wrong for the main page size and for multiple print this can be fix by going into you printers properties and unchecking print multiple pages.
Two you possibly have a bug / virus on your system you need to remove then reload your printer with it's drivers.

I agree, too many blank pages in your document. Tell your printer to only do the current page.

Check how many copies are set, and how many pages long it is.
