You could buy Nair or some other hair-removing-cream, then put al lot of it on your back as far as you can reach and then wait for it to slide down to the part of your back that you can't reach (or rub against the wall of your bathroom untill all your back is covered. Don't rub against normal wall because it would probably leave weird stains)
Or if you don't feel confortable buying Nair, you could work on your flexibility. I think there's Nair for guys nowadays, though.

Why would you feel you have to shave your back hair? Some of us that have hairy backs have come to think of it as just how we are. If anyone has a problem with seeing my back, they must be very shallow people.
BTW - Men (and women) have hair due to the testosterone hormone in their bodies. Testosterone is what makes men men, so it could be reasoned that men with more hair, have more testosterone and are therefore more manly that the boys with their bald hairless bodies.

Wash your hair, put your hand on the nap of your neck, using a shaver gently shave down the back of your neck.
There is no guarantee that this will be straight, but it does get rid of the shaggy dog look. ;)

Just reach back there and go to town. If you can touch your fingers with one arm high and one low then you can shave your whole back.
You can use one arm to stretch the other arm a bit.
That's how socrates did it.
