I installed the RAM, Graphics Card, Hard Drive, and the DVD Drives.

The power supply will turn on the hard drive & chassis fans, however, without a "brain" to read the BIOS instructions & begin the "Power On Self Test" .... it pretty much ends there.

The video will show nothing & the hard drive heads will not be working (seeking any data) ... just the disk spinning.

Some people theorize that the BIOS will be avialable but this is false. BIOS chips contain the PC Setup program yet have no processing capabilities of their own.

Without a processor your pc won't run at all.. If you don't know how to install it, take it to a Compusa.
They charge like thrity bucks to do it.

i dont think anything will happen
the cpu in one of my computers was fried, and when i turned it on, the lights came on but the screen did nothing, no POST sounds or anything

Nothing...it just sits there...without a CPU the rest don't work...they just got power going to them and sit there...

Your computer will only boot to the bios screen and it won't go any further.

the dirves may or may not spin up
but you will not get a POST
