In the horror genre, I'd have to say either Hellsing (Alucard was just cool) or Paranoia Agent (because it was so creepy).
In adventure, I guess I'd say Fullmetal Alchemist. Not only did I enjoy the dub, but the series just kept getting better and better as it went on - the idea behind the series was great, I loved the action, and the level of emotion was really good. I thought the movie, which wrapped up a few loose ends, was a nice touch.

Horror I'd say Hellsing, but for action and coolness it's Fullmetal Alchemist all the way. Taht show was the ****!!
