Randy will win the MITB ladder match and by doing so earn a title shot whenever he wants...
and this will happen bcuz its Randys destiny!!!!!!!!!!!

That could go either way, but i think it will happen at Wrestlemania.
I wouldn't mind seeing Randy RKO Edge from the top of the ladder.

An RKO could happen at any time. A conchairto would have to be planned beforehand, but Edge is pretty good at cooking up such schemes.
I wouldn't be surprised to see both things happen at WrestleMania, and not a day before.
