i have a 30 dollar gift certificate for victorias secret, can i change it for money? i know some stores dont allow it though

I don't know about VS specifically, but I have never known a store to redeem their gift card for cash. Maybe you can find someone who will buy it from you. Offer a small discount if you need to get rid of it quickly.

i never heard of local stores or department stores that exchange money for the gift certificate. the policy is to buy something on that store by using that gift certificate. and oh, maybe you can get a small change if the price is lower. i did it before and got some small change. just give a try too.

There's a website... God I wish I could remember the name... I'll try to google it or you could... where you can exchange giftcards with people for cash or other store's gift cards.
