For years nickles been trying to get financeing for the monorail, When financeing became available you canceled all the permits and tried to canceled the whole project. the financeing would not only take care of putting mono-rails all over the city , includeing paveing all streets, and whatever else was needed at NO COST to the PEOPLE. Same financeing is still available thru comlone@msn.com at no extra cost.

The finance package is still available and if taken by anyone it would yield billions, so you see it would save tax payors on more costs like streets if seattle took it.

Why don't you go to a city council meeting and adress these concerns there rather than sitting on your butt complaining on yahoo?
I suppose you're one of those people who wants to replace the Alaska Way viaduct but doesn't want to *pay* for a new structure or a tunnel. Face it, improved roads are going to cost the people-either in taxes or tolls.
