Lip ball is stuck;l?

ok so i have my lip pierced and i have to wear a clear ball in for school and at the weekends i take it out, but now i cant tighten the ball up or loosen it, its stuck basically. any ideas?

try rubbing some vegetable oil on the ball.. when unscrewing the stuff, ensure your hand is not oily to get a good grip.

Pour warm water over it over the sink for about ten minutes. If that doesn't work, you may have to see a doc.
