What you are feeling is not the stare but rather the persons energy as they have focused theirs onto you which has created a connection between you both.

This is also of a similar nature when someone says "my ears are burning" suggesting a telepathic link from a person or persons talking about you and people feeling another persons pain or death.

Very interesting subject you've stumbled on ;)

We all should be able to. Atleast I can. I would be walking past a guy, and for odd reasons, I have to turn around sure enough he is looking at me, and I would look again, and he is still looking at me. I love it!!!

Ya it's kinda like a sixth sense knowing that people are looking at you. I can sometimes.

No I don't believe that, do you? If they made absolutely no sound, and did not flicker in your peripheral vision, and you did not notice a lack of oxygen in their space, how could they Stare you into Awareness? I say No and They Wish!! 2 cents please. @8-)

I CAN,WHEN I AM TOTALLY INTO A GUY.
I CAN "FEEL" HIS EYES ON MY BODY,AND I CAN "SEE" THE LIGHT REFLECTING BACK.
