Sex its self is natural but incest is a big no-no.
That's all I have to say about that.

NO!! I know people say if you live in Alabama you are most likely to have incest, but it's still wrong, and let me add gross, i mean unless you are abused sexually by your mom, dad, brother or sister, uncle or any other family member then you really should not do it all on your own and you shouldnt do it to a family member either, its trully disturbing and really not natural!! let me say if you are being abused you should not let it happen you should tell someone or get away from them and you should not condone it either!! If you are doing it please seek some help!!!

Is it OK to involve yourself in a sexual act with a close relative that not only is illegal in the eyes of religion and civil law--but also can bear frightening social / genetic consequences by birthing inbred offspring with dangerously severe birth defects.
Incest meddles with the natural genetic process of human-kind and should, in ALL states, be considered a severe inprisionable felony meriting at least 20 years time behind bars.
So I guess to answer your question, I chalk up a NO answer.
