The Masterlock is more dangerous and effective, it just takes a while for the pain to set in while the ankle lock hurts baldy right away but The masterlock can do bad damage and make you pass out while the ankle lock may just brake your ankle but whippy do a Msterlock can really do some damage.

The Masterlock would hurt more.
The Ankle Lock would make me tap faster. Because of how the Masterlock is executed, I'd pass out before the thought of tapping even crossed my mind.

Trust me i've been locked in both of them and the masterlock is the most effective than an ankle lock I submission fight a lot

i say the masterlock because no one has ever broken it before, and people have gotten out of the ankle lock, so i say the masterlock!

The Master Lock is a glorified full nelson. It's only painful after a while, WWE oversells the move.
An ankle lock hurts...it can actually sprain, twist, or break an ankle depending on how strong the user is. It's a legit hold.

I been put in masterlock before. I can hang on for 10 min or so and never tap.

they are both good but masterlock is sort of lame i like the ankle lock more it is garunteed to make your ankle hurt

masterlock,because your arms are in the air and u can't use ur legs cause u can barley move them.
ankle lock u have alot of openings and u could probably reverse it
