go to http://www.purevolume.com and search for bands there.Some bands I discovered/listened to before they became big on purevolume are Panic!At The Disco,Gym Class Heroes,The Academy Is,and Hellogoodbye

I tend to listen to underground bands, most of them not signed. Go on myspace, theres loads of new up and coming bands about.
