No, he's not, he's just a mediocre rapper right now since there are so many other rappers coming out with better lyrics/songs than him.
He needs to get with Dre, Timbaland and some other big hit producers to make chart topping music again.

Nah Em used to be good but he's slipping, that stuff with Akon was alright but his verse was ...whatever. He's not as big as he used to be, but if he's your favorite then love him all you want don't let other people tell you what to like.
