Ibuprofen such as Advil or Motrin are the best pain relievers for tennis elbow. Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication, so it will help reduce the pain and inflammation. I had tennis elbow for quite a long time and it did heal itself, finally. Hope you feel better soon, I know it's painful.

I had a cortisone shot 5 weeks ago, my elbow felt fine for 3 weeks but then my elbow pain came roaring back worse than before the injection. I have been using this tennis elbow secrets program now for 5 days and my elbow feels much better. I can really feel my arm getting stronger as each day passes.

I have tennis elbow from pouring coffee for years. There is a brace you can buy at a drug store, but no meds, the only way to have it stop hurting is to stop doing the action. In my case it was lifting a coffee pot and pouring it. I haven't had pain since I quit that job!

Fish oil and Bromelain (both found at health food stores in the supplement section) help decrease inflammation.
