The fish will die a slow and painful death if kept in this small of a tank. They won't have room to grow as they should. When this happens, their bodies growth will slow, but their insides will continue to develop, causing a lot of problems and eventually death. Please make sure to have a tank a little larger than you actually need to make sure the fish are in a good environment.
Good Luck

Comets and Shubunkins get 12 inches and will eventually have to be moved to a larger aquarium. The max you should keep in a 33 gal is 2 small goldfish (3" and under) and no pleco and no catfish. The pleco gets 24 inches. They do not grow to the size of the aquarium they grow to the amount of time they are in perfect water conditions. The more you feed the more water you change the more and faster they will grow. Experiments have been done on catfish that are in 10 gallon tanks. The scientists continually kept the water perfect by dripping it through and draining constantly and the catfish grew so big they couldn't even turn around. What stunts a fish's growth is poor water quality which is unavoidable almost in small aquariums. Its a myth that they grow to the size of their container.

the shubunkin will probably get about 6-9 inches. the clown pleco only gets up to 3-5 inches but very slowly. the spotted raphael catfish will get about 8-10 inches.it does take a couple of years for some of these fish to get that big.

Comets and shubunkins will grow to 10 to 16 inches. The pleco about 6" and the catfish 8 to 10 inches.
The shubunkins and comets are basically pond fish and can because they grow to over 1' long, they definitely aren't suitable for a 33 gallon tank. The pleco and catfish should be fine in that tank but that is probably over half your stocking limit.

The cat and the pleco should be fine in a 33 gallon, but it's really too small for the goldfish. Those can get 16" in the wild or in a large pond, but rarely exceed 10" in a tank. Even that though is too large for a 33 gallon. You might want to select fishes that would not out grow the tank to go with the pleco and catfish.

That tank isn't big enough for these fish. They'll die of ammonia poisoning before they grow to full size. The comets and shubunkins (same species, different color) both get 16". The pleco will be 4-5" and the cat will be 8-10".

it varies with the goldfish.but clown plecos remain small 3-4 inches is the biggest I've seen even in a 75 gallon tank.Spotted raphael at about 4-6 inches but they get nice and fat! these are just average estimates. depends if you fill the the tank to full capacity.
