You could go ahead and do another bachelor's degree for a B. Ed. Nevertheless, it might be more worthwhile to consider other options. In many places it is possible to do either a post-baccalaureate program where you do the education courses (and any remaining content area courses) for certification without needing to repeat the general education courses. In other places, there are Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) degrees where you get your certification while earning a masters.

A 12 week old puppy has a very small bladder. He needs to be let out every 2 hours at the very least. They do not wish to pee where they sleep but if that is the only choice then they will. If he is peeing that much at night you might want to ask the vet. You should probably feed him earlier too. Are you walking him outside on a leash? That is the best way, when he goes praise him, when he doesn't come in crate him and try again in 30 minutes. Someone also brought up a good point, if the crate is too big then the dog can get away from the spot. Make sure you clean the crate very well with something like Natures Miracle. I would get him checked out, work on a good feed, water and letting out the same time schedule and expect accidents, the accidents will get fewer the more effort you put into it. Remember he is still a puppy
