As long as you change about 25-30% of the water every few days they should be fine in a 1 gallon bowl with a filter. If you can swing the space and cash, a 2.5 gallon with a heater would be a far better situation though.

For 2 tetras, you need a 5 gallon tank. A 1 gallon bowl doesn't give them enough swimming room nor is it really large enough for 2 fish. You could have water quality issues unless you do frequent water changes, especially if you added the fish before the tank had cycled. You also need a heater to keep the temperature around 78 degrees.

Gold Skirt Tetras are schooling fish and should be kept in a group of atleast 6 to keep them happy.
For 6 GSTs you should get a 10gallon tank.

You can keep the 2 in the tank they are in now, (it is a little cramped now) but like they said, you need to be on top of you water changes to make sure your ammonia levels don't spike.

Don't put them in it. No fish should be in a bowl.

If you really need a fish, get a goldfish, but they won't live too long in a bowl
