Hope he has a great imagination. Not sure how old he is, or how much detail you want:
1. Stop international terrorists from planting a nuclear warhead in a major city
2.Stop terrorists from killing an important political figure, such as the President of the United States.
3. Stop a foreign power, such as Iran, from stealing secrets that would give them the keys to nuclear power.
4. Stop a international crime organization from stealing a lethal virus from a biological weapons lab, which they intend to use to blackmail a government for money

You could send him on a mission to assassinate Kim Jong Il. Or you could send him to China to give a report of what they are planning. You could also send him into Afganistan to hunt Osama bin Laden.
