Where can I find Death Note episodes encoded in RMVB/MKV? And no, it's not illegal, you can even look it up on Wikipedia: all Death Note episodes are free to download while the series is running. So please, no answers like: "Look it up on ebay"; or "Buy it on Amazon."
Could anyone give me a site like Death Fan, except it's updated more frequently? (Death Fan is stuck on episode 19, and we're on 22 released)

there is a site called dragonballfighters.net.lt they have all anime go there once you get to the site go to enter and then media then you can find the show your looking for and you can download them and watch on ur pc

you should go to deathnote.tv and they have all 22 with subtiles for download or you can see it online there
