wearing green is an american st patrick's day tradition. In ireland it was actually considered bad luck to wear green becuase it represented a time of irish slavery

Yes, I do wear green or some green on St. Patrick's Day. For one of my Grandmas was of Irish blood. Her maiden name was Maude Mae Kennedy. She married George Baltazaor, and had three childern. So wearing green has passed down to my brother and I.

nuh, to tell you the truth i dont even know, the first time i heard about was about 5 years ago when i got into this country. i dont really knwo why but i wear green anyways, it's a cool color. besides you dont want to get pinch

Yes I do!!I have so many things I bought to wear out tonight for the celebrations!I have my Lush of the Irish shirt I'll be wearing,also a Kiss Me I'm Irish hoodie cause it's cold!I also got some beads,earrings and shamrock rings!!I have everything ready down to the make up..I can't wait,only about 5 hours to go!!
